What happens if I exceed my call limit?
We notify you at 80% usage. Once the limit is reached, additional calls are charged at the overage rate (€1.99/call on Starter, €1.49/call on Pro). You can also upgrade at any time to get a higher limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, your remaining unused calls carry over to the new plan.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12 - effectively 2 months free. The annual price is billed in one payment at the start of your subscription.
Are there any setup fees?
None. Setup takes under 5 minutes and is completely free.
Can I cancel anytime?
