Welcome to ParrotB. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI phone receptionist service.
By accessing or using ParrotB, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ParrotB is operated by Luis Landi Unipessoal Lda (NIF: 517125595), registered in Portugal, EU. Registered address: Rua 27 de Junho, n29, Quintas, 2040-143 Rio Maior, Portugal.
These Terms apply to all users of the service, including individual tradespeople and businesses.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.
Definitions
"Service" refers to the ParrotB AI phone receptionist platform, including all features and tools.
"User" or "you" refers to any individual or business that creates an account and uses the Service.
"Content" means any data, recordings, transcripts, or information processed through the Service.
"Subscription" refers to the paid plan you select to access the Service.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use ParrotB. You agree to provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Service Description
ParrotB provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers calls, collects information, and books appointments on your behalf.
The Service includes call recording, transcription, calendar integration, and notification features.
Subscription and Payment
Access to ParrotB requires a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
We offer a 2-week money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
After the guarantee period, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months after the guarantee period.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ParrotB only for lawful business purposes.
You must not use the Service to make or receive calls for illegal activities, harassment, or spam.
Intellectual Property
ParrotB and its technology are owned by Luis Landi Unipessoal Lda.
You retain ownership of your business data, call recordings, and transcripts.
You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
You must not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the ParrotB platform.
Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely in EU data centres.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
ParrotB is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for missed calls, lost bookings, or business losses arising from service interruptions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Service Modifications
We may update or modify the Service at any time to improve functionality.
We will notify you of any material changes that affect your use of the Service.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service
- Uploading malicious code or viruses
- Impersonating another person or business
- Using the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without permission
- Collecting data from other users without consent
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the AI technology
- Using the Service in a way that could harm our reputation
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.
You can request an export of your data before termination takes effect.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the termination date.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, or government actions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the European Union.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Luis Landi Unipessoal Lda harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
This includes claims related to your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any other provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luis Landi Unipessoal Lda.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available in your country.
